I cried.
Super adorable.
It’s well past midnight, and my stomach is grumbling for some food. My mind immediate thought about chips. Luckily, I don’t keep chips in the house because its my guilty pleasure, and I can’t be tempted. I went to the refrigerator and scanned it up and down. I opted for a cold cucumber. It’s crispy with a hint of sweetness. It definitely hit the spot without the guilt.
Having a midnight snack and having it be good for me. Point 1 - me.
E.’s sister sent this to her. It brings me great happiness.

I want to eat ice cream and work out at the same time. Life is a paradox!
Recently, I purchased “6 week six pack” with Jillian Michaels. I just finished the first work out today. I don’t know if I’ll get a six pack within the next six weeks, but I have faith that I will see results if I keep up with the program and a good diet. Of course, I will still be done cardio and weight training in conjunction with the videos.
I also purchased a kettlebell. I haven’t worked out with one before, but I tested it out in the store. It’s actually excellent for core strengthening. I’m definitely going to need to do some research on more kettlebell work outs.
Working out is not about becoming thinner. Working out is about becoming stronger for both your body and your mind.
The ultimate goal is to become stronger in every facet of your life.
